ORDINANCE NO. 3 yO
1 AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 23-178 of the Omaha Municipal Code concerning pay ranges; to
2 amend the pay ranges in Part J-ANNUAL AND BI-WEEKLY PAY: POLICE MANAGEMENT;
3 to repeal Section 23478 as heretofore existing; and to provide the effective date hereof.
4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
5 Section 1. Section 23-178 of the Omaha Municipal code is hereby amended to read as follows:
6 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1995,the following salaries shall be:
7 J. ANNUAL AND BI-WEEKLY PAY: POLICE MANAGEMENT

17 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Omaha, shall be in full force and take effect immediately upon the
18 date of its passage.
