The proposed use of the facility is convenience storage. The convenience storage will be a mixture of enclosed self-storage rental units and exterior vehicle storage area. The site will be enclosed with a 6 foot high chainlink fence and will be lighted. The first phase of construction will include four 40' x 200' single-story building divided into individual locked storage units. The facility will be accessible 24 hours a day through an electric card operated gate. A small office building is to be constructed near the gate. An attendant will be on site during normal business hours. The exterior storage is anticipated to be utilized for off-season storage of motor homes, campers, boats, and other recreational vehicles.
