NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: • THAT, the bid of Voss Lighting for lamps, being the lowest and best bid received within bid specifications, which are incorporated herein by this reference,be accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: THAT, the Purchasing Agent be authorized to issue Purchase Orders for the lamp requirements; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: THAT,the Finance Department be authorized to pay the cost of lamps purchased from the appropriate accounts.
