Condition(s):
1. The private sanitary sewers that cross property lines must be in an easement.
2. Reciprocal access, circulation and parking easements between all lots.
3. A channel maintenance and recreation trail easement.
4. Adjustments in the lot lines to align with the drive entrances.
5. Sidewalks must be constructed along the south side of the "L" Street frontage road and on
72nd Street.
6. Provision for the sanitary sewer front footage fees.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the revised preliminary plat entitled BLUE ONE ADDITION, attached
hereto and made apart hereof as Exhibit "A",has been approved bythe PlanningBoard of the Cit"' .."`

of Omaha, along with the conditions set out in Exhibit"B" attached hereto and made a hereof;
WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
revised preliminary plats to the City council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS,the acceptance of this revised preliminary plat is tentative in nature and
does not constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the revised preliminary plat entitled BLUE ONE ADDITION is hereby
accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
