Submitted herewith is a proposed Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the
Omaha Municipal Code by adding a Class "A" Oil District known as A-102. This district will be
for the storage of gasoline. District A-102 will be located at John Kraft Chevrolet,Inc., 8505 Crown
Point Avenue.

AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha Municipal Code,
by an addition thereto of a new Class "A" Oil District,to be known as District No. A-102;
and to provide the effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That there be added to Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha
Municipal Code, the following described Oil District, known as District No. A-102, to be located
at John Kraft Chevrolet, Inc., 8505 Crown Point Avenue, Omaha,Nebraska, as shown on the plat
plan attached hereto.
Section 3. That this Ordinance be in full force and take effect fifteen(15)days after the date
of its passage.
