Submitted herewith is a proposed Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section
40-252, of the Omaha Municipal Code by adding a Class "B" Oil District known as
B-94. This district will be for the storage of diesel fuel. District B-94 will be Larson
Cement Stone Company, 4508 South 28th Street.

1 AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha Municipal Code,
2 by an addition thereto of a new Class "B" Oil District,to be known as District No. B-94; and
3 to provide the effective date hereof.
4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
5 Section 1. That there be added to Ordinance No 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha
6 Municipal Code, a new Class "B" Oil District to be known as District No. B-94, to be located at
7 Larson Cement Stone Company, 4508 South 28th Street, Omaha,Nebraska, as shown on the plat
8 plan attached hereto.
9 Section 2. That this Ordinance be in full force and take effect fifteen(15) days after the
10 date of its passage.
