2 by an addition thereto of a new Class "A" Oil District, to be known as District No. A-103;
3 and to provide the effective date hereof
4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:

5 Section 1. That there be added to Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha
6 Municipal Code, the following described Oil District, known as District No. A-103, to be located
7 at American Commercial.Marine Service,701 Abbott Drive,Omaha,Nebraska,as shown on the plat
8 plan attached hereto.
9 Section 3. That this Ordinance be in full force and take effect fifteen(15)days after the date
10 of its passage.
