Transmitted herewith is a Resolution accepting the attached Negotiator's Report submitted by Mark
E. Larson made in accordance with Necessity Ordinance No. 33795, passed January 23, 1996,
declaring the necessity of appropriating and acquiring certain private property for the purpose of
constructing 76th Drive, known as S.I.D. 6856.
•
The Negotiator, Mark E. Larson, was successful in acquiring two parcels of land or interest in
property required for the project for the total negotiated amount of$169,000.
The cost of two parcels of land or interest in property negotiated shall be paid from the Special
Assessment Organization 1448, Fund 401. .
The Public Works Department requests your consideration and recommends your approval of this
Resolution.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Mark E. Larson, Negotiator, has submitted to the City Council a
Negotiator's Report, attached, in accordance with Necessity Ordinance No. 33795, passed January .
23, 1996, declaring the necessity of appropriating and acquiring certain private property for the
purpose of constructing 76th Drive, known as S.I.D. 6856; and,

WHEREAS,the report shows that the Negotiator, Mark E. Larson, was successful
in negotiating and acquiring two parcels of land or interest in property required for the project.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the Negotiator's Report of Mark E.Larson made in accordance with Necessity
Ordinance No. 33795 be and hereby is approved.
THAT,the Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of the negotiated parcels
of land or interest in property acquired in the amount of$169,000 from the Special Assessment
Organization 1448, Fund 401.
