RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,there now exists a vacancy on the Electrical Examining Board; and,
WHEREAS, Section 44-83, Division 2, Article III of Chapter 44 of the Omaha
Municipal Code,provides for the appointment to the above Board; and,
WHEREAS, Charles J. Werp was appointed to the Electrical Examining Board to
serve until February 1, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Hal Daub has appointed Mr. Werp to serve on the Electrical
Examining Board, said term to commence upon confirmation by the City Council and expire three
years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT,the appointment by Mayor Hal Daub of Charles J. Werp as a member of the
Electrical Examining Board,commencing upon confirmation by the City Council and expiring three
