RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Ahmad's Persian Cuisine has requested permission to extend outdoor -
seating located at 1006 Howard Street, Omaha,Nebraska; and,
WHEREAS,the request of Ahmad's Persian Cuisine has been examined and approved
by the City Planning and Public Works Departments,and otherwise found to be in compliance with
all City regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the request of Ahmad's Persian Cuisine for permission to extend outdoor
seating located at 1006 Howard Street,Omaha,Nebraska,be and hereby is approved,and the Permits
and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor,contingent upon continued
compliance with all requirements made and provided by law.
