RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,Section 14-116 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the Cit
of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within three miles of the corporate limits of the City bji
not within the City; and,
WHEREAS,the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and submitted
a plat entitled LAKESIDE HILLS (Lots 56 -67); and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Department has recommended the approval and acceptance
of this plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the plat entitled LAKESIDE HILLS (Lots 56 - 67) is hereby approved and
accepted.
