Attached for your consideration is a Resolution reappointing Neville W. Murray to
serve as the non-profit visual arts association representative on the Public Art
Commission.
Mr. Murray's new term shall commence upon confirmation by the City Council and
will expire three years after that date. Mr. Murray's resume is attached for your.
information.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Sections 27-121 et seq.Of the Omaha Municipal Code provide for the
creation and operation of the Public Art Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Neville W. Murray was appointed as a member of the Public Art
Commission for a three year term,which expired March 18, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Daub has reappointed Neville W. Murray as a member of the
Public Art Commission, said term to commence upon confirmation by the City Council and to expire
three years after that date.
NOW,'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment of Neville W. Murray as a member of the Public Art
Commission,to serve a term commencing upon confirmation by the City Council and expiring three
years after that date,is hereby confirmed.
