RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-23 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the appointment of
members to the Library Board by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, Mike Kennedy's term on the Library Board has expired; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert wishes to appoint Joseph Bradley to replace Mike Kennedy
on the Library Board, said term to commence upon passage of this Resolution and expire June 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT the appointment by Mayor Stothert of Joseph Bradley as a member of the Library Board
to serve a 3-year term, commencing upon passage of this Resolution and expiring June 30, 2026, be and
hereby is confirmed and approved.
