RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,Linda K.Langfeldt has requested permission to construct fence and pool
located at 4188 Chicago,Omaha,Nebraska; and,
WHEREAS,the request of Linda K.Langfeldt has been examined and approved by
the City Planning and Public Works Departments,and otherwise found to be in compliance with all
City regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT,the request of Linda K.Langfeldt for permission to construct a fence and
pool located at 4188 Chicago,Omaha,Nebraska,be and hereby is approved,and the Permits and
Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, contingent upon continued
compliance with all requirements made and provided by law.
