RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Sections 27-52 and 27-53 of the Omaha Municipal Code provide for the
appointment of members to the City Property Appraisers Committee; and,
WHEREAS,the term of Mark E.Larson on the City Property Appraisers Committee
expired June 7, 1997; and,
WHEREAS,Mayor Hal Daub has reappointed Mark E.Larson to serve on the City
Property Appraisers Committee to appraise real estate belonging to the City of Omaha to be sold,
purchased or leased, and report the same back to the City Council, said term to commence upon
confirmation by the City Council and expire at the end of the term of the present Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT,the reappointment by Mayor Hal Daub of Mark E.Larson as a member of the
City Property Appraisers Committee, for a term to expire at the end of the term of the present
Council, is hereby approved and confirmed.
