RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the Urban Development Element of the City of Omaha's Master Plan
provides for the approval of a waiver to said element; and,
WHEREAS, a request has been received for a waiver of said element to allow
subdivision of property located southwest of 74th Street and Omaha Trace; and,
WHEREAS,the applicant has met the criteria for a waiver of the Urban Development
Element of the City of Omaha's Master Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Board at their July 9, 1997 public hearing recommended
that said waiver be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT,a waiver of the Urban Development Element of the City of Omaha's Master
Plan be approved to allow subdivision of land located Southwest of 74th Street and Omaha Trace.
