Condition(s):
1. Reinstallation of the pedestrian connector from Barrington Park trail to 156th Street along
the West Dodge frontage road.
2. Moving the West lot line for Outlot A 20 feet east.
3. Dedicate the outlot as a linear trail corridor.
4. Installation of traffic lights at 156th Street and West Dodge frontage road to be coordinated
with adjoining subdivisions.
5. Note on the final plat that direct vehicular access to West Dodge Road from West Dodge
frontage road will not be allowed; and direct vehicular access to 156th Street from West
Dodge frontage road will be limited to the Pepperwood Drive intersection.
6. A new traffic study to be submitted showing the installation of all requirement
improvements.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:

WHEREAS, the revised preliminary plat entitled WEST DODGE:BEALTH
CAMPUS REPLAT, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit"A", has been approved by
the Planning Board of the City of Omaha, along with the conditions set out in Exhibit 'ii" attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
revised preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS,the acceptance of this revised preliminary plat is tentative in nature and
does not constitute or require approval of the fmal plat of this subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the revised preliminary plat entitled WEST DODGE HEALTH CAMPUS
REPLAT is hereby accepted;and, the preparation of the fmal plat of this subdivision is hereby
authorized.
