RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,Section 43-51 through 43-59 of Chapter 43,Division 5, of the Omaha
Municipal Code,provides for the appointment of members to the Building Board of Review; and,
WHEREAS,the term of Kay Neil expires on August 9, 1997,leaving a vacancy for
a general representative of the residents of the city (handicapped); and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Hal Daub has appointed Roselyn Cappiello to serve on the
Building Board of Review,said term to commence upon confirmation by the City Council and expire
three years thereafter.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT,the appointment by Mayor Hal Daub of Roselyn Cappiello as a member of the
Building Board of Review,commencing upon confirmation by the City Council and expiring three
years thereafter, is hereby confirmed.
