RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Creighton University has requested permission to have a loading dock
and iron fence located at 2002 California Street,Omaha,Nebraska; and,
WHEREAS,the request of Creighton University has been examined and approved by
the City Planning and Public Works Departments,and otherwise found to be in compliance with all
City regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT,the request of Creighton University for permission to have a loading dock and
iron fence located at 2002 California Street, Omaha,Nebraska,be and hereby is approved,and the
Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor,contingent upon
continued compliance with all requirements made and provided by law.
