RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 18-1901,Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as amended and
Section 49-21 through 49-24,Article II,Chapter 49, of the Omaha Municipal Code, provide for the
appointment of members to the Plumbing Board; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Larry J. Gardner on the Plumbing Board has expired and
there is now a vacancy on the Plumbing Board; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Hal Daub has reappointed Larry J. Gardner to the Plumbing
Board, as the holder of a Journeyman Plumber's Certificate of Competency and currently affiliated
with a nonunion shop, said term to commence on the date of confirmation by the City Council and
to expire three years later.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT,the Mayor's reappointment of Larry J.Gardner to the Plumbing Board, as the
