Submitted herewith is a proposed Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section C)
40-252, of the Omaha Municipal Code by adding a Class "A" Oil District known as
A-109. This district will be for the storage of gasoline and diesel fuel. District
A-109 will be located at City of Omaha,Applewood Golf Course, 6112 South 99th.

1 AN,ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha Municipal Code,
2 by an addition thereto of a new Class "A" Oil District, to be known as District No. A-109;
3 and to provide the effective date hereof.
4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
5 Section 1. That there be added to Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha
6 Municipal Code, the following described Oil District, known as District No. A-109, to be located
7 at City of Omaha, Applewood Golf Course, 6112 South 99th Street, Omaha,Nebraska, as shown
8 on the plat plan attached hereto.
9 Section 3. That this Ordinance be in full force and take effect fifteen(15) days after the date
10 of its passage.
