Submitted herewith is a proposed Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252, of the
Omaha Municipal Code by adding a Class "A" Oil District known as A-115. This district will be
for the storage of aviation fuel. District A-115 will be located at North Omaha Airport, 12211 North
72nd Street.

1 AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha Municipal Code,
2 by an addition thereto of a new Class "A" Oil District,to be known as District No. A-115;
3 and to provide the effective date hereof.
4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
5 Section 1. That there be added to Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha
6 Municipal Code, the following described Oil District, known as District No. A-115,to be located
7 at North Omaha Airport, 12211 North 72nd Street, Omaha,Nebraska, as shown on the plat plan
8 attached hereto.
9 Section 3. That this Ordinance be in full force and take effect fifteen(15)days after the date
10 of its passage.

SUBJECT: Class "A" Flammable Liquids Storage District
North Omaha Airport, 12211 North 72nd Street.
Permits and Inspection Division has inspected and approved the above location for
above-ground storage of aviation fuel in one (1) 2500 gallon tank.
The above location is not in the Omaha Fire Departments Operations area.
Water supply and fire apparatus accessibility is provided by a private well on the
property, 250 from tank and hard pavement road, 155 feet from tank. These distances
•
are under the maximum distances allowed by Omaha Fire. This location was also visited
by the State Fire Marshals office.
If accepted, this location will be known as District A-115.
