An ordinance providing for the vacation of part of Tenth
(10 ) Street within the right of way and depot grounds of the

Union Paqific Railway Company, in the city of Omaha and providing
for the conveyance thereof to said Company, subject to certain
conditions.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMA1/A,
Section 1. That the following described portion of Tenth (10th)
Stret/$ within the right of way and depot grounds of the Union
Pacific Railway Company ,in the city of Omaha, be and the same is
hereby vacated, and the Mayor on behalf of the city of Omaha is
hereby autherized to convey the same by a deed executed to said
Company in due form aS follows, to-wit!
_Commencina at a oint on the NMENR West line of said Tenth
(10th) Street, fifty two (52) feet North from the South East
corner of Block 203, thence South along the West line of Tenth
(10th) Street, two hundred and ninety five (205 ) feet to a point
eleven (11 ) feet South from the South East corner of Lot one (1 )
In Block two hundred and twenty (220 )$ thence Southeasterly in a
straight line. to .a point in -the East- line -of -said Tenth (10th) .
Street, forty (40 ) feet South from the North I:Test corner of Lot
five (5) in Block two hundred and nineteen (211)) , thence North
along the East line of said Tenth (10th) Street three hundred
and forty four (b44 ) feet to a point fifty two (52) feet Ndrth
from the South West corner of Block two hundred and four (204)
thence West to the place of beginning.

The said deed to contain a condition requiring said part of
Tenth (10th) Street so conveyed to be used for depot grounds and
railtoad purposes, and providing that said conveyance shall not
affect any right of the city to require construction or repairs
of Tenth (10th) Street Viaduct.
SOALLOY, This ordinance shall take effect and be in forAi9,
from and after its passage.
