AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 34159 passed.April 22, 1997, and to
provide the effective date hereof
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 34159 passed April 22, 1997 be amended to read
as follows:
The official Zoning Map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and
the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha
Municipal Code so that:
The east 94 feet of Lot 1, and all of Lots 2 through 5, inclusive, Block 11, E. V.
Smith Addition and the north half of Lot 11 and all of Lots 12 through 16,Block 12,
E. V. Smith Addition, are rezoned from GI-General Industrial District to R7-
Medium-Density Multiple Family Residential District.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fifteen(15) days from and after
the date of its passage.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65
of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map
of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to
rezone from GI-General Industrial District to R7-Medium-Density Multiple Family
Residential District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
