RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, bids were submitted on March 29, 2023, for OPW 54539, being the Concrete
Pavement Repair— 72nd Street, Dodge Street to Western Avenue Project; and,
WHEREAS, Spencer Management LLC, submitted a bid of $798,781.50, being the lowest and
best bid received; and,
WHEREAS, the cost of this project, shall be paid from the 2020 Street Preservation Bond Fund
13191, Transportation Bonds Organization 117117.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the contract with Spencer Management LLC, for OPW
54539, being the Concrete Pavement Repair—72nd Street, Dodge Street to Western Avenue Project,
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, the Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of $798,781.50, from the 2020
Street Preservation Bond Fund 13191, Transportation Bonds Organization 117117.
