RES 1998-0201 - Preplat, Stone Creek Plaza Exhibit "B" Page 1 of 1 Condition(s) 1. A reciprocal access statement on the plat for all of the lots in the mixed use area. 2. Installing temporary turnarounds at the termini of Browne Street and 158th Avenue. 3. A "no direct access" statement for Lots 1 through 6 and 26 to Fort Street and 156th Street must be noted on the plat. 4. Installing left turn lanes in Fort Street at 158th Avenue and in 156th Street at Grand Avenue. 5. Including this development's anticipated share of crossing the drainageway in the second phase source and use of funds and subdivision agreement. 6. Installing sidewalks along both sides of all interior streets and along both 156th and Fort Streets. 7. An acceptable storm water management plan. 8.
