RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 44-81 through 44-84,Division 2,Article III of Chapter 44 of
the Omaha Municipal Code,provides for the appointment to the Electrical Examining Board; and,
WHEREAS,Fred J. Vacanti was appointed to the Electrical Examining Board to serve
until August 9, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, said term has expired; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Hal Daub has re-appointed Fred J. Vacanti to the Electrical
Examining Board as a master electrician affiliated with an open shop, said term to commence on the
date of confirmation by the City Council and to expire three(3)years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the re-appointment by the Mayor of Fred J. Vacanti as a member of the
Electrical Examining Board representing a master electrician affiliated with an open shop,to serve
from the date of confirmation by the City Council and expiring three (3)years thereafter is hereby
confirmed.
