RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 44-83, Division 2, Article III of Chapter 44 of the Omaha
Municipal Code, provides for the appointment to the above Board; and,
WHEREAS,Terry J.Pirruccello was appointed to the Electrical Examining Board to
serve until June 7, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, said term has expired; and,
WHEREAS,Mayor Hal Daub has re-appointed Terry J.Pirruccello to the Electrical
Examining Board,as said term to commence on the date of confirmation by the City Council and to
expire three(3)years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by the Mayor of Terry J. Pirruccello as a member of the,
Electrical Examining Board to serve from the date of confirmation by the City Council and expiring
