On behalf of T. J. O'Shea's Celtic Crossing,Inc.,I represent to and promise the Omaha City
Council that, if a retail liquor license is granted to this corporation for use at 7764 Dodge Street,
Suite 150,during the term of the license this corporation will not exercise its right under Nebraska
Revised Statute section 53-1,104, or any amendment thereof, to pay a cash penalty in lieu of
suspending sales of alcoholic liquor for any period designated by the Nebraska Liquor Control
Commission as a penalty for violation of statutes prohibiting sale of alcohol to a minor.
In making this representation,I understand that the Omaha City Council is relying upon this
representation in making a recommendation to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission as to
whether a retail liquor license should be granted to this corporation. I agree that failure to comply
with this representation will be cause for cancellation or revocation of the retail liquor license at this
location.
