Access to parking lot is from 33rd Street. 2. Zoning Board of Appeals waivers have been requested. a. Section 55-740(f)(4): Rear(north) perimeter landscaping required to be ten feet adjacent to a residential district; six feet is provided. b. Section 55-740(f)(5): Five percent interior landscaping required of 725 square feet. In lieu of 725 square feet of interior landscaping, approximately 800 square feet of additional perimeter landscaping is provided along the east property line. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:.
