RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14116 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the City
of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within three miles of the corporate limits o the City but
not within the City; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of certain real estate lying within Logeman Place, a
subdivision as surveyed,platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska,have petitioned to have
a portion of said plat vacated and replatted as GLENBROOK REPLAT 2; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Department has recommended approval of this vacation and
replat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT,the replat transmitted herewith entitled GLENBROOK REPLAT 2,is hereby
approved; and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Logeman Place, and described on
said replat, is hereby vacated.
