RES 1998-2160 - Replat, Broadmoor Hills C-25A a CITY OF OMAHA

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-115 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska provides that the
City Council may,by concurrent resolution voted on in favor by two-thirds of all the Members,vacate
an existing plat and replat real estate within the City of Omaha; and,
• WHEREAS, the owners of certain real estate lying within Pierson's Subdivision,a
subdivision surveyed,platted and recorded in Douglas County,Nebraska,have petitioned to have a
portion of said plat vacated and replatted as BROADMOOR HILLS; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Department has recommended approval of this vacation and
replat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the replat transmitted herewith entitled BROADMOOR HILLS, is hereby
approved;and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Pierson's Subdivision, and described
on said replat,is hereby vacated.
