RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Stacy A. M. Light, doing business as Lakeshore Recycling, has made
application to establish a Salvage Dealer Business at 1129 Locust Street, Omaha,Nebraska; and,
WHEREAS, the request by and through application has been examined by the City
Planning and Police Departments, and is found to be in compliance with all City regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:.
THAT,the application of Stacy A.M. Light,doing business as Lakeshore Recycling,
to establish a Salvage Dealer Business at 1129 Locust Street, Omaha, Nebraska,be and hereby is
approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor,
contingent upon continued compliance with all requirements made and provided by law.
