Condition(s):
1) Provide for temporary turn-arounds on dead ended streets.
2) The median width allowed on the interior streets will be 16' wide.
3) The proposed street connections to 156 Street and "Q" Street will require permits
from the County. The connections must meet proper sight distance criteria and
incorporate deceleration lanes.
4) The proposed 96" culvert that discharges on to Outlot "B" must be designed to
stabilize the downstream drainageway.
5) The drainage through the wetlands must not adversely effect those wetlands. This
will require that a mitigation plan be submitted as part of the 404 permit and be
approved by both the Corps of Engineers and by the City.
6) Submitting a 404 wetlands mitigation plan.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the revised preliminary plat entitled AUTUMN GROVE, attached
hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit"A", has been approved by the City of Omaha Planning
Board, along with the conditions set out in Exhibit"B"attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS,the acceptance of this preliminary plat is tentative in nature and does not
constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA;
THAT, the revised preliminary plat entitled AUTUMN GROVE, along with the
attached conditions, is hereby accepted; and,the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is
hereby authorized.
