Attached for your consideration is a Resolution reappointing Brinker Harding to
serve as a Member of the Ak-Sar-Ben Future Trust Board for a full two-year term.
Mr. Harding's initial appointment to the Board of Directors of Future Trust was for
a one-year term to allow for staggering of terms.
Mr. Harding's term will commence upon confirmation by the City Council and will
serve a two-year term.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the Ak-Sar-Ben Future Trust, a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, has
requested that the Mayor appoint, and the City Council affirm, a member representing the City of
Omaha to the Ak-Sar-Ben Future Trust Board; and,
WHEREAS,the Supplement Project Agreement among the Ak-Sar-Ben Future Trust,
the County of Douglas and other provides that those parties shall, at the appropriate time at the
discretion of the City of Omaha,enter into a redevelopment agreement in order to redevelop the Ak-
Sar-Ben Property; and,
WHEREAS,Mayor Hal Daub has reappointed Brinker Harding to the Ak-Sar-Ben
Future Trust Board, said term to commence on the date of confirmation by the City Council and to
expire two years later.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the Mayor's reappointment of Brinker Harding to the Ak-Sar-Ben Future
Trust Board, said term to commence on the date of confirmation by the City Council and to expire
two years thereafter, hereby is confirmed.
