Noting on the plat that no direct access will be allowed to 171 Street, 175 Street, and West Center Road, except for Lots 10 and 13. 2. A reciprocal access statement on the plat so that all lots will have internal access. 3. Covenants that provide for the business associations ownership and maintenance of the internal circulation system. 4. Installing sidewalks along West Center Road, 171, 175 and Arbor Streets, with an internal pedestrian circulation system in the mixed use area connecting all buildings to the perimeter sidewalk system. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA; THAT, the preliminary plat entitled LAKESIDE PLAZA, along with the attached conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
