The attached Resolution expresses the Omaha City Council's approval of a satellite keno location
to be operated by Big Red Keno, Ltd., at 1502 Vinton Street. This location is a business currently
operated by Linda L. Walters, doing business under the name "Rendevous Bar."
At this location the keno business will be conducted as an ancillary activity to the existing bar I
business. Keno bets will be received and paid at the location but the actual number selection will
continue to be performed at the keno games operated at Peony Park. Additional information about
the location and Big Red Keno's plans are included within the application submitted to the City.
A liquor license is presently issued to this location.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,the City of Omaha has entered into a Lottery Operator's Agreement with
Big Red Keno, Ltd., for the operation of a keno-type lottery at certain locations within the City of
Omaha and areas of Douglas County (hereinafter "the Lottery Operator's Agreement"); and,
WHEREAS, the Lottery Operator's Agreement provides that Big Red Keno, Ltd.,
subject to the approval of the City Council,may operate satellite keno locations where keno tickets
are sold and redeemed but where number selection is not performed; and,
WHEREAS,the Lottery Operator's Agreement and pertinent regulations require that
satellite locations shall be operated in accordance with all provisions of the Lottery Operator's
Agreement and Keno Application Procedures and Criteria adopted by this Council; and,
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1998, Big Red Keno, Ltd. submitted an application for
the City Council's permission to operate a satellite keno location at premises known as 1502 Vinton
Street, a business currently operated by Linda L. Walters, doing business under the name
"Rendevous Bar."
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,in accordance with its Lottery Operator's Agreement with the City of Omaha,
Big Red Keno,Ltd. is granted approval to operate a satellite keno location at the business operated
by Linda L. Walters,under the name "Rendevous Bar", at 1502 Vinton Street in Omaha,Nebraska.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, such approval is subject to continued compliance with the law, the Lottery
Operator's Agreement, as amended, the keno location criteria, and the terms, conditions, and
representations in the application for approval of this location.
