Submitted herewith is a proposed Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section
40-252, of the Omaha Municipal Code by adding a Class "B" Oil District known as
B-107. This district will be for the storage of diesel fuel. District B-107 will be
located at Elliott Equipment Company, 4427 South 76th Circle.

AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha Municipal Code,
by an addition thereto of a new Class "B" Oil District,to be known as District No. B-107;
and to provide the effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That there be added to Ordinance No 14303, Section 40-252 of the Omaha
Municipal Code, a new Class "B" Oil District to be known as District No. B-107,to be located at
Elliott Equipment Company,4427 South 76th Circle, Omaha,Nebraska, as shown on the plat plan
attached hereto.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be in full force and take effect fifteen(15) days after the
date of its passage.
