ORDINANCE NO. 3V/ 961
AN ORDINANCE to approve a PUD Planned Unit Development Overlay District, to approve the
Development Plan, and to provide for an effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. In accordance with Sections 55-584 through 55-594 of the Omaha Municipal
Code,a PUD Planned Unit Development Overlay District and the Development Plan,attached hereto
and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas County,
Nebraska:
A parcel of land located in the irregular North 149.3 feet of the South 559.3 feet of
the West 376 feet of the East 433 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 1, Township 14 North, Range 12 East, of the 6th P.M., Douglas
County,Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of parcel (a.k.a. the Southeast property corner of
Lot 29, Karen Addition); thence Northerly along the East property line of Lots 29,
28 and 27,Karen Addition, a distance of 149.3 feet;thence Easterly along the North
property line of said parcel, a distance of 375 feet to a point located on the West
right-of-way line of 60th Street; thence Southerly along the said West right-of-way
line of 60th Street, a distance of 58.9 feet; thence Easterly, a distance of 1 foot;
thence continuing Southerly along the said West right-of-way line of 60th Street, a
distance of 90.4 feet; thence Westerly along the South property line of said parcel,
a distance of 376 feet to the point of beginning, said parcel containing 56,077.9 sq.
ft. or 1.29 acres more or less.
Section 2. The proposed Development Plan has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to,
and meets each of, the site plan criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
