WHEREAS, Special Levy Ordinance Nos. 9935, 9944, 9945, 9946, and 9954 respectively, were passed by the City Council of the City of Omaha on March 25, 1997, January 27, 1998, and April 21, 1998,respectively,levying a special assessment for tree removal,litter removal and weed abatement on certain lots in the City of Omaha, and it has been ascertained that the assessment on the following described property and in the amount so levied by Special Ordinance Nos. 9935, 9944, 9945, 9946, and 9954 respectively, should be repealed.
