RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Landmark Heritage Preservation
Commission due to the expiration of the term of Jean F. Dunbar; and,
WHEREAS, Section 24-26 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for appointment
to the Landmark Heritage Preservation Commission; and, •
WHEREAS, Rebecca D. Morgan is an architect with a demonstrable interest in
historic restoration and preservation; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Hal Daub has appointed Ms. Rebecca D. Morgan to the
Landmark Heritage Preservation Commission for a three year term, commencing on the date of
confirmation by the City Council and expiring three years thereafter or until a successor is appointed
and qualified, is hereby confirmed.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the Mayor's appointment of Rebecca D. Morgan as a member of the
Landmarks Heritage Preservation Commission to serve a three term commencing on the date of
