RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the following application for license to sell Off Sale Beer at retail for the
period ending May 1, 1999, submitted to this Council by the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission
in accordance with the provisions of Section 53-134, RRS Nebraska, 1943, as amended, and upon
hearing held within 21 days after the receipt of said notice from the Commission, be and the same
is hereby recommended to said Liquor Control Commission to grant said license.
Jane's Benson Health Foods, Inc., dba "Jane's Benson Health Foods", 6103 Maple
Street
THAT, the cost of publication of notice of said hearing was $26.00.
