1968 Bought 6 acres at 69th & Grover Streets and sold one
year later for a $60,000 profit.
1969 Beverly Hills Shopping Center. Purchased and rehabili-
tated 50,000 square foot shopping center located at
78th & Dodge Streets. Sold in. 1973 for a $500,000
profit.
1971 Indian Hills Medical Center, 220 South 89th Street &
Midwest Hills Medical Center, 8555 Cass Street.
Developed for a fee, including land purchase, zoning,
financing construction and leasing.
1972 The Apartment. Developed 204 units located at 73rd &
Grant Streets. Project sold to investor.
1972 Crosswinds Apartments. Developed 145 units at 69th
Street, north of Pacific. Sold to investor for a
$250,000 profit.
1972 Developed 40,000 square foot office building located
at 69th & Pacific Streets.

1978 Sold Sidewalk Restaurant located in Regency for a fee.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: 1 r
WHEREAS,the appointment of Howard M. Kooper on the Omaha Airport Authority
Board, will expire on March 12, 1999, thereby creating a vacancy on the Omaha Airport Authority
Board; and,
WHEREAS, Section 3-502, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as amended,
provides the authority for the appointment to the above said agency; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Hal Daub has reappointed Howard M. Kooper as a member of
the Omaha Airport Authority Board to a five year term, said term to commence on March 13, 1999,
and expire on March 13, 2004.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by Mayor Hal Daub of Howard M. Kooper as a member
of the Omaha Airport Authority to serve a full five year term commencing on March 13, 1999, and
expiring on March 13, 2004,is hereby confirmed.
