Kooper on the Omaha Airport Authority Board, will expire on March 12, 1999, thereby creating a vacancy on the Omaha Airport Authority Board; and, WHEREAS, Section 3-502, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as amended, provides the authority for the appointment to the above said agency; and, WHEREAS, Mayor Hal Daub has reappointed Howard M. Kooper as a member of the Omaha Airport Authority Board to a five year term, said term to commence on March 13, 1999, and expire on March 13, 2004. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: THAT, the reappointment by Mayor Hal Daub of Howard M.
