LEGISLATIVE CHAMBER

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 14-115 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska provides that the
City Council may, by concurrent resolution voted on in favor by two-thirds of all the members,
vacate an existing plat and replat real estate within the City of Omaha; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of certain real estate lying within Spring Valley Industrial
Park Replat 6 and Spring Valley Industrial Park Replat 7, subdivisions surveyed, platted and
recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, have petitioned to have portions of said plats vacated and
replatted as SPRING VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK REPLAT 8; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended approval of this vacation
and replat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the replat transmitted herewith entitled SPRING VALLEY INDUSTRIAL
PARK REPLAT 8,is hereby approved;and concurrently portions of the existing plats entitled Spring
Valley Industrial Park Replat 6 and Spring Valley Industrial Park Replat 7, and described on said
replat, are hereby vacated.
