RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: .

WHEREAS, the preliminary plat entitled WESTIN HILLS WEST TWO (a cluster
subdivision)located Southeast of 150th and Fort Streets, attached hereto and made a part hereof as
Exhibit"A",with a request for a waiver of Section 53-8(2)(b) of the Municipal Code to allow a 900'
long cul-de-sac has been approved by the City of Omaha Planning Board; and,
WHEREAS, Section 53-6 of the Omaha Municipal Code requires the submission of
preliminary plats to the City Council for its consideration; and,
WHEREAS, the acceptance of this preliminary plat with a waiver of Section 53-
8(2)(b) of the Municipal Code to allow a 900' long cul-de-sac, is tentative in nature and does not
constitute or require approval of the final plat of this subdivision by the City of Omaha Planning
Board or City Council.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the preliminary plat entitled WESTIN HILLS WEST TWO (a cluster
subdivision)located Southeast of 150th and Fort Streets with a waiver of Section 53-8(2)(b) of the
Municipal Code to allow a 900'long cul-de-sac is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final
plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
