NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS THAT, cooperative discussions should be held between Douglas County and the City of Omaha and their respective departments and officers, to investigate the merits of the consolidation of their respective vehicle maintenance and fleet management functions.
