RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Section 4.06 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Omaha, 1956, as
amended,provides that appointments to the Park and Recreation Board shall be made,by the Mayor
and confirmed by the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, Richard L. Bezousek, II was appointed to the Park and Recreation
Board to serve until March 31, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, Richard L. Bezousek,II has resigned from said Board; and,
WHEREAS, the Honorable Hal Daub has appointed Kihyung "John" Kim to fill the
unexpired term of Richard L. Bezousek, II on the Park and Recreation Board, said term to
commence on the date of confirmation by the City Council, and expire on March 31, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by The Honorable Hal Daub of Kihyung "John" Kim as a
member of the Park and Recreation Board, to serve a term commencing upon confirmation by the
City Council,and expiring March 31,2002 is hereby confirmed.
