RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: -
WHEREAS, Section 14-408, Revised Statutes of Nebraska 1943,_as amended,
provides for the appointment to the Zoning Board of Appeals; and,
WHEREAS,N.P. Dodge, III was appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals to serve
the remainder of the unexpired term of Patrick J. McPherson until September 13, 1999; and,
WHEREAS, the term of N.P. Dodge,III has expired leaving a vacancy on the above
board; and,
WHEREAS, The Honorable Hal Daub has reappointed N.P. Dodge, III to serve on
the Zoning Board of Appeals said term commencing upon confirmation by the City Council and
expiring five years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by The Honorable Hal Daub of N.P. Dodge, III as a
member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, commencing upon approval by the City Council and
expiring five years thereafter is hereby confirmed.
