RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
•A
WHEREAS, Section 14-115 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska provides that the_
City Council may, by concurrent resolution voted on in favor by two-thirds of all the members:,
vacate an existing plat and replat real estate within the City of Omaha; and, . -
WHEREAS,the owners of certain real estate lying within Immanuel, a subdivision
surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County,Nebraska, have petitioned to have a portion of
_, said plat vacated and replatted as IMMANUEL REPLAT 3 located Northeast of A.V. Sorensen
Parkway and Newport Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended approval of this vacation
and replat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the replat transmitted herewith entitled IMMANUEL REPLAT 3 located
Northeast of A.V. Sorensen Parkway and Newport Avenue, is hereby approved; and concurrently
a portion of the existing plat entitled Immanuel, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
