RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: •
WHEREAS, Section 14-116 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the City
of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within three miles of the corporate limits of the_City
but not within the City; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and'submitted
a plat entitled ARROWHEAD ACRES; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Department has recommended the approval and acceptance
of this plat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the plat entitled ARROWHEAD ACRES is hereby approved and accepted.
